The Architect
Brown designed the home with privacy as a guiding principle, shaping the layout and orientation to create separation, comfort, and a sense of retreat. His architectural approach helped give the home the distinctive character it still carries today.
The Builder
Guthrie helped develop the first homes along Old Bridge Road with the goal of creating a new standard of excellence for the area.
